Committees will be formed to evaluate and interview applicants, and they will be responsible for the following:
- Verifying the submitted documents and ensuring they meet the admission requirements.
- Testing applicants in Islamic studies, Arabic, and other relevant knowledge areas based on their chosen specialization.
- Ranking applicants in descending order according to their entrance exam scores.
- Selecting the final list of admitted students based on their performance in the interview and exam, according to the predetermined admission quota.
- The Admissions and Registration Department will keep a complete file for each student containing all submitted documents.
The College Board has the right to modify these procedures if necessary, in the interest of the college, such as by sending representatives to conduct interviews in specific countries or assigning trusted Islamic institutions to handle the admission process.
Cancellation of Admission
A student’s admission will be canceled in the following cases:
- If the student is absent for two weeks after the start of the academic year. An excuse may be accepted if it is deemed valid, provided that the total absence does not exceed 45 days. If the absence exceeds 45 days with a valid excuse, the admission will be automatically deferred to the following academic year.
- If any forgery or falsification is discovered in the student’s official documents.
- If the student engages in unethical behavior or acts contrary to Islamic teachings, leading the college to determine that their admission should be revoked.
